We are a financial boutique firm with registered offices in Hong Kong and Schindellegi, Switzerland. We advise and support small and medium-sized enterprises in equity and debt capital structuring and placement.

Private equity placements and participations in established medium-sized Swiss enterprises are our specialty. Using a structured analysis process, we identify non-listed companies with an above-average market and growth potential. We offer our customers the possibility to acquire participations in these expanding companies via private placements. Thereby, PFG Equity Partners brings together private as well as institutional investors with innovative, growing companies, enabling them to invest in new products and markets, implement expansion strategies or make acquisitions.
